Seven-a-side rugby is a different animal — 14-minute matches, wide-open space, and every possession on the edge. It rewards fitness, instinct, and quick decision-making, and there’s no hiding on a 7's pitch.

Men's — Mondays & Wednesdays, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Women's — Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
